Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh 2021

 

The 2021 Pacherenc (14% ABV) is distinguished by its golden color and a fresh, intense nose, dominated by white acacia blossoms and candied yellow fruits mango and pineapple in particular. On the palate, it is very full and smooth: a rich texture that envelops aromas of honey and marzipan.

 

A discreet acidity maintains balance and adds vibrancy, avoiding excessive heaviness. The finish is long and expressive, leaving a rich and refined impression. Pairing suggestions: foie gras, blue cheeses (Roquefort), almond pastries, or yellow fruit tarts.

 

Recommended serving temperature: 12–14°C. Cellaring: Enjoy now or within 5–8 years, depending on storage conditions.
