Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh Sec 2023 (75 cl) — A blend of Petit Manseng (80%) and Petit Courbu. Brilliant yellow color, delicate nose of citrus and white fruits, full-bodied, silky, and fresh on the palate. A dry, balanced wine, ideal as an aperitif or with fish, seafood, and cheeses. Serve at 10–12 °C.
